A retainer that never teaches anyone is a dependency. Some companies want that. Most of the ones we like do not.

Trainings are a separate line: AI workflows, automation, and ads, taught to the team that will still be there on Monday. Half a day when the job is one skill. A short program when the job is a handoff.

We do not train from a generic slide. The examples are the client’s own pipeline, their own ad account, their own messy process. If there is nothing real to practice on, the session waits.

Hiring us and training your people are not opposites. One is how the work gets done this month. The other is how it survives the month we are not in the room.
